The site sits amongst the rolling hills of Devon, overlooked by Haldon Forest and bordered by the A38 and M5 – along one of the main arterial links into the city of Exeter.
Committing to improve eco-efficiency with the set-up of a new bicycle lane, electric car charging points and dedicated parking zones.
Building a community of like-minded, skilled and ambitious businesses who can work together to grow and prosper.
Offering the peace and tranquillity of country living while maintaining fast and easy access to the UK’s major cities and transport links.
Creating a positive workspace is essential for productivity. Surrounded by nature, we aim to establish an environment which inspires performance and creativity, but remains central to key markets such as Exeter, Bristol and Plymouth through its prime location on the South West corridor.
Networking is an important part of any successful business, and it’s our mission to bring together a group of like-minded professionals who can open new doors, share the same values and support one another to grow.
As part of our sustainability commitment, we are planning to take critical steps to advance carbon efficiency – introducing bicycle lanes, electric car charging points and dedicated parking zones, to help create an eco-friendly place to work.
With business moving more and more online, we are dedicated to improving internet speed wherever we can – with plans to provide invaluable access to the latest ultra-fast fibre, so that communication and productivity is never compromised at work.
Offering multiple access points and routes, the site aims to become a unique mobility hub that encourages different modes of transportation – providing flexibility to travel by foot, bicycle or car, so that congestion is ultimately improved.
